Shows the coverage of the 2003 Iraqi war from the perspective of Al Jazeera, the Arab world's most popular news outlet.
Abstract: This documentary shows the coverage of the 2003 Iraqi war from the perspective of Al Jazeera, the Arab world's most popular news outlet. During the war, Al Jazeera was accused by America politicians and pentagon officials for being pro-Iraqi because of their refusal to censor footage of civilian deaths and American soldiers. This film exposes the international media's pro-American bias during the Iraqi war and the heavy censorship placed on the media during this time.
